James Jackson
It takes a lot of patience, dedication, and hard work to reach the top of one's profession , and it is hard to keep that position. James Jackson had been a leader in the insurance industry for more than forty years. He started off at Sears in Highland Park, and successfully established his own agency in 1986. He decided to expand his organization and founded Poole & Jackson in July 2000. Although he is retired, James Jackson is still the driving force behind Poole & Jackson's success.
Cecilia Jackson
Cecilia Jackson is an insurance sales professional who works alongside Agency Founder/CEO, James Jackson. Cecilia is a strategic thinker with a creative flair, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the table. She is a customer service enthusiast who will always go above and beyond to ensure that her clients are well-served. Cecilia's thirst for knowledge drove her to obtain her license well before she began her position at Poole & Jackson. Most recently, she is playing a prominent role in the day-to-day operations of the Agency. She is a devoted member of her husband's long-standing family legacy.
Karen Nelson has been affiliated with the Jackson organization for over 20 years. In addition to her management role, she is responsible for all sales within the agency. Karen has an extensive insurance background and is well-qualified to advise and assist customers with all of their insurance needs.

Nsombi is all about family. She obtained her insurance license during the early stages of her father's insurance agency journey and continues to assist her father in her role of furthering agency interests. Nsombi is dedicated to her family and their business.
